November 15th

Dear Friends,
I am happy to tell you that next week (November 15), at 7.00 PM, the chef Mickael Foubert, his team and some of his colleagues from the Toques Blanches Internationales will serve note by note dishes during a public event, where this new cuisine will be explained.
A short presentation will be discussed with the cooking team, then hotel customers will be able to move from table to table in order to taste note by note bouchées.
